This is not a single role we are actively hiring against. It is a general application for people who can provide physical evidence of exceptional ability and who may fit future or cross-functional work better than a narrow requisition ever could.

You should be comfortable jumping across disciplines when the project demands it: mechanical design, simulation, controls, fabrication, embedded systems, AI pipelines, and whatever else the mission requires.

Capabilities We Care About

• Design gears and mechanical assemblies that can survive real-world use.
• Run structural, thermal, and fatigue simulations that meaningfully de-risk hardware.
• Design and assemble power electronics, custom PCBs, and adjacent systems.
• Write high-performance C++ for inverse kinematics, controls, and robotics infrastructure.
• Program CAM workflows and run CNC hardware with production discipline.
• Build data pipelines for reinforcement learning and other AI training workflows.
• Ship computer-vision-to-action systems that are fast enough to matter.

Evidence We Want To See

• Show hardware you designed, built, tested, or debugged yourself.
• Show code that proves you can write fast, robust systems software.
• Show simulations, tooling, or manufacturing work that translated into physical results.
• Show projects where you crossed domains instead of staying inside one specialty.
