We are looking for PEOPLE WHO CAN design gears, mechanical assemblies, run structural, thermal and fatigue simulations, design power electronics, write fast C++ code for inverse kinematics, run CAM programs on CNC machines, assemble power electronics, design spacecraft systems, roll their own PCBs, train AI models, shoot a gun, and BBQ a steak to perfection.

Multiple roles available. Broad mandate. We need operators who can move between mechanical, electrical, software, and fabrication domains without losing speed. If you're familiar with any of these domains, we want to hear from you.

  • Design gears and mechanical assemblies that can ship.
  • Run structural, thermal, and fatigue simulations.
  • Design and assemble power electronics and custom PCBs.
  • Write high-performance C++ for inverse kinematics and control loops.
  • Program CAM workflows and run CNC hardware with production discipline.
  • Train AI systems and demonstrate practical, field-ready execution.
  • Can setup data pipelines for reinforcement learning.
  • Write ultra fast CV to action planning models.
